Founded in 2024 in Brownwood, Texas, Rentfolio began with two familiar roles: the person caring for a property, and the person keeping its records. We wanted those two keepers to share a clearer view of the day.

Small landlords have plenty to remember. A renewal date on a scrap of paper. A maintenance note in a message. We imagined a quieter workshop where each piece could have its own shelf.

We build record-keeping tools for that everyday work. Your records belong to you, and you can export them whenever you need. Rent moves through the channels you choose, outside our walls.
